If you can't remember your password, click the Forgot Password? link in the login menu. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with reset instructions, including a temporary password. 

Should the temporary password from the reset email fail to work, you can message us through chat in the blue bubble in the bottom right-hand corner, or by emailing us at support@logojoy.com with the email associated with your Logojoy account.

To change your password after receiving your temporary password, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the three lines in the top right-hand corner, then click Account at the bottom of the menu. 
  2. Enter the temporary password you received in your email (or from support) and change it to a new one.
  3. Confirm the new password and click Update to update your new password.
