Sometimes when trying to check out you may encounter an error where it will not process your payment correctly. The primary reason that we see on our site is that your bank has declined the payment. Now common reasons why they would decline are:

  • You have insufficient funds in your credit card or your card limit has been reached
  • Your bank is registered to a country outside of Canada (Where Logojoy is based)

If your bank is registered outside the country of Canada, they will often automatically decline your payment as they see it as suspicious activity on your account. In the event that happens, you can always call our help line number at 1 (888) 966-0917 and we will manually process your payment. Our helpline is open Monday-Sunday 9-5 EST (with the exception of statutory Canadian holidays). If you call outside of our business hours, you can contact your bank and ask for the restriction to be removed.
